All prices on this website are shown in £ Sterling, inclusive of VAT. All prices shown, and charged, on our web site are subject to change without notice. Pricing of items offered for sale externally, such as those linking to books via well-known online retailers, are subject to the terms and conditions as dictated by external sources and as such, we accept no liability for external pricing and purchases made through these links which are offered for information purposes only.
Carriage and cancellations
For products which Nature's Harvest holds in stock: dispatch may take up to 7 working days after clearance of payment. However, we aim to despatch within 1-2 working days; should we be unable to fulfil your order within this timeframe we will advise you accordingly. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. We do not accept responsibility nor liability in any part for orders purchased through links offered for information purposes only.
In the event that you wish to cancel an order made with Nature's Harvest, please contact us immediately. You have the right to cancel an order placed with us within two (2) working days of the original placement of order. Payment will be refunded in full only if the item(s) ordered have not already been dispatched. Should your order have already been dispatched, we shall refund the cost of your order - excluding postage - as soon as the order has been returned to us in its original condition and fit for resale.
If returning goods to us: Please note that proof of postage must be obtained as evidence. Costs for return postage are the responsibility of you, the customer, except in the case of faulty items.
We do not accept liability for any items lost in the postal system, or for any delays caused by contractors, beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
